These terms apply when you use ekalix.com, create an account or buy from Ekalix ("Ekalix", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. When you license an Ekalix product, the licence terms and the quote or order you accept also apply; where they differ from these terms, they take precedence for that product.
Using the site
- Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or scan it, or to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems.
- Do not submit false information, spam, or anyone else's personal data without their permission.
- Do not copy the site's content or design for commercial use without our written permission.
Accounts
Keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Products, trials and licences
Ekalix products are licensed, not sold. A trial is for evaluation on your own systems for the period we agree. Products and features marked "early access", "coming soon" or "later" are still being developed and may change; what this site says about them is not a promise of future features or dates.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown or quoted in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise, and GST and other taxes are added where they apply. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We issue an invoice for every purchase.

Ekalix Academy
Applying does not guarantee selection. The details of an internship - dates, duration, any stipend or fee, and what is expected of you - are set out in writing before it starts. Rights in work produced during an internship are governed by the agreement you sign at the start.
Intellectual property
The Ekalix name and logo, our products, and the content and design of this site belong to Ekalix. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to them, except as these terms or a licence agreement say.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ekalix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for a paid product is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
